The Infinity T4 is a compact, non-electric twin-tank water softener designed for small to medium households with 1–3 bathrooms. Its pioneering twin-cylinder technology ensures a continuous supply of softened water around the clock — with no downtime during regeneration.
Powered entirely by the kinetic energy of your water supply, the T4 has no electrical running costs and features an ultra-fast 11-minute regeneration cycle using just 20.5 litres of water.

Pioneering Twin-Tank Technology
Unlike single-cylinder softeners that go offline during regeneration, the Infinity T4 uses a twin-tank design with alternating cylinders. When one tank regenerates, the other continues to supply soft water — so your home never goes without. The advanced non-electric valve switches between tanks automatically using water pressure alone, with no timers, clocks or electrical components to fail.
Compact Design, Big Performance
At just 219mm wide, the T4 fits neatly under a standard kitchen sink or in an airing cupboard. Despite its compact footprint, it delivers a peak flow rate of 51 litres per minute — more than enough for simultaneous use across multiple outlets. The lightly tinted salt lid with magnetic closure makes it easy to check salt levels at a glance.
Economical to Run
The T4 uses standard 4kg block salt, widely available from supermarkets or through our salt delivery service. With a typical monthly salt cost of around £11.60 for a family of four and zero electricity costs, it is one of the most economical softeners to run. The turbine metering system ensures salt is only used when needed, further reducing waste.
Soft Rinse Technology
After each regeneration, the T4 performs a backwash rinse using soft water. This prevents any brine from reaching your household supply and helps extend the life of the ion exchange resin — keeping your softener performing at its best for years to come.
