Water Softener Servicing

We offer servicing for many types of water softener. With over 25 years’ experience, there’s not much we haven’t seen and we are here to help if you ever have a problem. If it is not a machine that we can source parts for, we will be honest upfront as to the extent of support that we can provide. Sometimes, we can spot something obvious that doesn’t mean an expensive repair or replacement is necessary.

Water Softener Servicing

We specialise in non-electric water softeners so we will always have parts for Harvey or Kinetico water softeners.

Typically, we offer two types of service. These are available to all customers, whether your water softener was installed by us or not:

1. Healthcheck

We are happy to perform a healthcheck of your machine to make sure it is working as it should do. Although a regular annual service may not be neccessary, you may still want some assurance that your machine is working efficiently. This typically involves an inspection of the machine for signs of leaks or malfunction, plus performing a regeneration cycle and a test of the water hardness (hopefully it is soft).

2. Service Call-Out

We will identify the problem by investigating component parts and testing their functionality. We will always test the machine before we leave, but if your water softener needs further repair work, we may take your water softener away to our workshop. Subject to availability, we may be able to leave you with a spare machine in this case – ensuring you can keep enjoying soft water in your home until we bring your machine home.
