Installation - What to Expect

Home Survey - We'll visit your property to assess kitchen layout, space, requirements and recommend the perfect Quooker for your needs whilst checking existing plumbing and electrical connections to ensure seamless installation

Installation - One of our qualified engineers will install your Quooker, fitting the tank beneath your sink, connecting to your water supply and electrics and mounting your chosen tap

Testing - We will thoroughly test your tap to ensure it's operating correctly and all features work as they should

Demonstration - We will handover to you ensuring that you know how to use your new Quooker tap, explain the settings and guidance for maintaining your system

After care - We are a local family business available for you to deal with directly should you have any issues in the future, we are also able to service your Quooker for you

Quooker Servicing

A Quooker tap heats water on demand and maintains optimal temperatures around the clock. Over time, limescale can build up, filters need replacing, and components may require adjustment to keep everything running smoothly. As with many appliances, regular servicing helps to prevent system failure or costly repairs.

Descaling & Cleaning - Limescale is the biggest challenge a boiling tap faces. We'll descale your tank and components, removing build-up that can reduce efficiency and affect water quality.

Filter Replacement - Your Quooker's filters work tirelessly to ensure you're getting pure, great-tasting water. We'll replace filters based on water usage.

However the company plumber found a workaround, even preserving some of the middle shelf in the cupboard concerned.
