What to Expect

Premises Survey
a) Understand your challenges/needs: we visit your premises to understand your operation, water usage patterns, and specific challenges.
b) Site specific details: test your water hardness, water pressure, available installation space, existing plumbing infrastructure, electrical requirements (if needed).

Tailored Quote
c) We pull together a tailored quote to deliver on your challenges/needs, including the why of our recommendation. We work with brandings including Kinetico, Fleck, Clack and Autotrol.

Pre-Installation Planning
d) In order to ensure smooth installation on the day our installer will carrry out a pre-installation planning visit, this allows them to double check the installation plan and ensure we have any specialist equiptment required for your specific installation.
e) Arrange a day or time that best suits you for installation, to minimise disruption and notify your team.

Installation
f) Our installer will isolate water supply briefly, install softener and bypass system, connect to existing plumbing, install drainage, test system thoroughly, commission and calibrate.

Training & Handover
g) We will carry out a handover to most suitable person in your business. We cover how the system works, salt replenishment schedule, basic troubleshooting, bypass valve operation, recommended servicing schedule and when to call us in.

Ongoing Support & Servicing
h) We pride ourselves in looking after our customers. Once you are a customer of ours we will do everything we can to ensure you feel supported and looked after. We can also set up servicing contracts to make your life easy when it comes to maintenance.
